Service Guarantee

At Bloomelle – Lash & Brow, we pride ourselves on professional results and expert advice.
If you are unhappy with your result, we will redo the treatment at no additional charge within 3 days of your appointment.

This does not apply to Cosmetic Tattoo (healing and touch-up process required) or change of mind.

Appointments, Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or prepayment requirements for future bookings.

Appointment reminders are sent 2 days prior via our booking system. Management discretion may apply in genuine emergencies.

Deposits

Services over $100 may require a $50–$100 deposit.
Deposits secure your booking, are deducted from your final payment, and are non-refundable.

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable. We are committed to resolving concerns within our Service Guarantee period.

Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation if insufficient time remains.

Pricing

Pricing reflects the expertise and demand of our beauticians. Services with the salon owner may differ in price from staff services. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Children

Children must be supervised at all times to ensure safety and comfort for all guests.

Personal Belongings

Clients are responsible for their personal items.
Bloomelle – Lash & Brow is not liable for lost or damaged belongings.

Payment Methods

We accept Cash, EFTPOS, Visa and MasterCard.

Privacy Policy

Bloomelle – Lash & Brow complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Information we may collect includes name, phone number, email address, booking history, medical/health information (for consent forms), and treatment photographs (with consent).

We collect this information to manage bookings, maintain treatment records, ensure safe services, and meet legal obligations.

Information is stored securely in digital systems and/or physical consent forms. We do not sell or share personal information. Information may only be disclosed where required by law or with your consent.
